-----------------------MINUTES ---------------------------
Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for patent disclosure:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

- Mike post presentation to web
  - Done

New items:

Some members had trouble joining the call last week:
- The call-in system is used for this meeting and future meetings
- Everyone got in through the support mechanism, not directly
- Bob: The bridge system doesn't work
- Pavani: Web sharing doesn't work in Google Chrome
- Bob: The meeting should be conducted primarily by telephone
  - Web sharing is secondary
  - Materials should be handed out by email in advance
- Pavani: https://cisco.webex.com/cisco/mc works

Continued editorial review of the IQ 1.1 specification:

5.3.	Model I-V Table Requirements
We deleted the first paragraph.

AR: Mike post 1.1at IQ spec

Mike: Should we included the whole revision history in the release?
- This is too much detail
- The quick summary of changes is that we have:
  - a new numbering system
  - no overlap with IBISCHK
- Bob: This is a major change, maybe it should be a 2.0 release

Bob: The Purpose section improperly calls this a standard
- "The purpose of this IBIS Quality Specification is to provide a standard"
- This is a document, not a standard
- Mike: How about "metrics and methodology"?
  - Bob: That would be OK
- Moshiul: We are providing standards for validating
  - In a certain context it is a standard
- Bob: It is not the same as a formal ANSI/EIA standard

Bob: I can give an IQ update presentation at the IBIS Summit July 28
- Based on Mike's presentation to Motorola
- Bob may keep the Cisco template, present it as Mike's presentation

Meeting ended at 12:15 PM Eastern Time.
